Dim sum & Absinthe in Las Vegas | Ep. 34

This video is about Dim Sum & AbsintheAce and I (plus Polly the Pug) are rving full time in our 17’ Casita Freedom deluxe. We officially hit the road on February 8, and have been going ever since. Ace and I LOVE Las Vegas, NV. We are both gamblers and enjoy all the fine dining, but this time around is a little different. This is our first trip to Las Vegas in our Casita Travel Trailer. We also have a lot smaller budget than we’re used to because we a full-timing it.

Mmmmmm, Dim Sum. Dim Sum is generally served for breakfast/lunch on cart in small metal steamers. In our opinion, one of best (& reasonably priced) places in Vegas to get dim sum is at Ping Pang Pong Restaurant located inside the Gold Coast Casino. Trust us, it’s delicious.

After some gambling and sushi for dinner, Ace & I decided to try some Absinthe. We had some comps available & decided to have a go. Neither one of us are big licorice fans, but we didn’t have to come out of pocket for it. Sage at Aria has a very elegant (fancy) Absinthe presentation. However, in the end, Absinthe is just a fancy booze that tastes like black licorice.
